Rental Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full payment has been received. All prices are listed in AUD and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Hire Duration

The minimum rental period is 2 weeks. We offer flexible hire periods of 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 8 weeks.

For rental periods longer than 8 weeks, please contact us directly to discuss custom arrangements and pricing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pickup & Delivery

Rental items can be collected at the agreed pickup time and location. Courier delivery is available for an additional fee of $30 AUD.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier service.

Rental Period & Late Returns

All rental items must be returned by the agreed return date and time outlined in the booking confirmation. Late returns will incur a fee of $30 AUD per day until all items have been returned.

If additional rental time is required, customers must contact us before the scheduled return date to request an extension.

Condition of Rental Items

All items are inspected before and after each rental period. Customers are responsible for returning all items in the same condition as received.

Additional cleaning fees may apply to items returned excessively dirty.

Damage, Loss & Theft

Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rental items during the hire period. Repair or replacement costs may be charged where necessary.

Liability

RecoveryMed Perth is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses resulting from the use or misuse of rented items.

Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for booking, communication, and payment purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
